Brandy is a licensed Social Worker with a Master’s Degree in Social Work, specializing in adult mental health. With a strong passion for marriage counseling, Brandy is deeply committed to helping couples build stronger, healthier relationships while supporting individuals navigating anxiety, bipolar disorder, and other emotional challenges. Brandy joins Married Life with “Fundamentals of EFT” completed and will soon begin her Externship in EFT training.
She approaches counseling through a biopsychosocial lens, taking into account each individual’s emotional, spiritual, psychological, social, and physical experiences. Brandy believes in seeing the whole person — their history, struggles, and goals — to collaboratively find effective, personalized solutions that lead to healing and freedom. Whether working with couples seeking deeper connection or men and women individually striving for balance and stability, Brandy offers a compassionate, grounded space for growth and change.
Outside of her work, Brandy finds joy in laughing with her husband and children, singing, sipping iced coffee with friends, and going for walks.
